There are many similarities between objects in nature and human form. By making the associations deliberate the kinship is made more obvious. All of it is part of the larger miracle. Arrogance blinds us into believing we as people are more important. It's what we most readily relate to ... the human image. So it becomes the primary point of interest. A reality we have created just the same as our image of God with a human face. God whatever he may be does not have a human face. Why would he limit himself ? Nature is not exclusive. It is all inclusive. For me it is God's face - complicated, intricate, dynamic, beautiful, and constantly changing. The ocean , for me, brings all these aspects together.
