Nature is form of life unseen floating between us like dust. Under nature's wing it flirts at our borders, underfoot, around corners, in dark spaces we walk by but don't see. Things deliberately obscure and mysterious observe us but care little for our blundering except to step out of the way. If we were to be patient, silent, still, and fateful in our placement we could be given a moment, small, but bigger than ourselves. It would be a delicacy of balance, fragile in composition yet concrete in it's power, full of the strength and purpose of a spider's web. It would be at once familiar and strange, seemingly tangible but elusive to the touch, an experience unexpected and spiritual, a gift of sight, ... an apparition.
